Job summary

Caliber’s West Allis Service Center on Lincoln Ave is seeking an experienced collision repair technician. You will perform full collision repairs, from dents to frame rebuilds, ensuring repairs meet factory specs and quality standards.

Join a team of painters, estimators, and front office staff. A strong eye for detail and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required. Sign-on bonus of $1500 applies if you start this month.

Qualifications

  • At least two years turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
  • Frame and structural know‑how to pull, straighten, and square.
  • No-shortcuts mentality—Blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
  • Sharp eye for detail—tightened bolts, perfected welds.
  • Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Team‑oriented with painters, estimators, and front office staff.

Responsibilities

  • Blueprint and execute repairs precisely.
  • Handle full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
  • Perform panel and structural work to factory specs.
  • Ensure quality reassembly and final touches.
  • Work as part of a collaborative team to move cars efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
