Job summary

Caliber is hiring at its Mobile center for an experienced collision repair technician. You will repair vehicles by blueprinting, measuring, and aligning frames to factory specs, handling full collision work from start to finish.

The role requires at least two years of experience, frame and structural know-how, and a team-first attitude. You must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs, with eligibility to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how for pulling, straightening and squaring.
• No-shortcuts mentality with blueprinting and correct repairs.
• Attention to detail to ensure tight bolts and quality welds.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision, no guesswork.
• Full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to return parts to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
