Responsibilities:

• Review repair orders and notes to understand needed repairs before starting work.
• Complete repairs according to documentation and manufacturer standards.
• Use frame and measuring equipment per vendor procedures.
• Perform initial vehicle teardown.
• Identify parts for cut-in and edging.
• Follow factory specifications and company policies, including I-Car standards.
• Perform quality checks before painting and after reassembly.
• Work with apprentices or less skilled technicians to develop repair skills.

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED
• Valid driver’s license
• Understanding of automobiles and diagnostic skills
• Ability to learn new technology and procedures
• ASE Certification or Technical degree preferred
• One year experience in a dealership service department
