Job summary

Caliber Weatherford Service Center is seeking skilled collision repair technicians to restore vehicles to factory specs. You will perform full collision repairs, from fender benders to frame work, with a focus on quality and safety.

Qualifications

  • At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
  • Frame straightening and measurement skills required.
  • Blueprinting and quality-focused repairs are essential.
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on physical repairs.

Responsibilities

  • Blueprint and execute collision repairs end-to-end.
  • Handle panel and structural work to factory specs.
  • Quality reassembly ensuring finish and alignment.
  • Work collaboratively with painters, estimators, and front office.
