Job description

We are hiring an experienced and motivated Body Technician for our state of the art and air-conditioned shop. The Body Technician is responsible for repairing damaged vehicle bodies and parts in accordance with factory and dealership specifications.

Other duties include:

  1. Repairing vehicles per estimate and according to manufacturer standards.
  2. Notifying Repair Planner of any additional repairs needed.
  3. Notifying management of any difficulties or problems that may prevent a quality job from being performed or cause a change in the promised time.
  4. Complying with all laws and regulations pertaining to paint, thinners, and other hazardous materials.
  5. Cooperating and assisting other personnel in the repair and prepping of vehicles.
  6. Understanding, keeping abreast of, and complying with federal, state, and local regulations that affect body shop operations, such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-Know, etc.
  7. Maintaining a professional appearance.
  8. Maintaining a clean, professional, and safe work environment.
  9. Performing other duties as assigned.

Pay will be based on experience.
