Job summary

Caliber Collision's Spring Lake Service Center is seeking skilled auto body technicians to repair frames, straighten panels, and perform full collision repair to factory specs. You will collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff to move cars through efficiently.

Qualifications

  • At least two years of collision repair experience.
  • Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten, and square components.
  • No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint and fix right the first time.
  • Sharp eye for detail with tight bolts and accurate welds.
  • Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Team-first attitude; collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

  • Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
  • Full collision repair: from minor to major frame work.
  • Panel and structural work to factory specs.
  • Quality reassembly; final touches matter for fit and finish.
  • Maintain safety and keep work area clean and organized.
