Job summary

Caliber in Santee is seeking an experienced collision repair technician to restore vehicles to factory specs. You will perform frame and panel work, apply precise repairs, and collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff to ensure smooth workflow.

We offer competitive pay up to $23 per hour, day-one benefits, and training via I-CAR and ASE programs, plus 401k and generous vacation time. If you’re eligible to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how; ability to pull, straighten, and square components.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint and fix right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail; tighten bolts, welds, and finishes with care.
• Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude; collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute precise repairs.
• Full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to factory specifications.
• Quality reassembly with attention to fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Keep the work area clean and safe.
