Caliber is hiring at its Long Beach service center for experienced auto body technicians. You’ll perform full collision repair, including panel and structural work, with a focus on precision and quality.

Qualifications

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten, and square it up.
• Blueprint it, fix it right the first time.
• Attention to tightened bolts, welds, and overall quality.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Handle full collision repair from minor to major damages.
• Perform panel and structural work to restore factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly and final touches.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
