Responsibilities

• Complete vehicle disassembly to assist estimators in assessing damage and preparing repair plans
• Identify all needed repairs to minimize supplements and repair time
• Plan work procedures according to work orders
• Remove upholstery, accessories, electrical components, and other parts to access damaged areas; store parts properly
• Repair damaged body panels through hammering, filling dents, welding, and fitting replacement parts
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Prepare surfaces by filing, grinding, and sanding before painting
• Inspect and test drive repaired vehicles to ensure safety and quality standards
• Perform other related duties as assigned
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• 2-3 years collision repair experience preferred
• Valid driver's license required
