Key Responsibilities

• Follow the WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan for consistent service delivery.
• Assess vehicle damage, prepare estimates, and perform repairs using various tools.
• Repair dents, realign chassis, replace damaged parts, and repaint vehicles as needed.
• Inspect completed work for quality assurance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a technical school or a 3-year apprenticeship as an auto body repairer.
• Ability to read work orders and work independently.
• Proficiency with tools and repair methods.

Physical and Other Requirements

• Ability to work safely in noisy, odorous environments.
• Lift up to 30 pounds, inspect vehicles in various weather conditions, and perform physical tasks such as bending and kneeling.
