Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of auto repair experience; top pay band.
• Strong body and prep/finish experience.
• Must provide own hand and power tools.
• Valid driver's license.

• Perform fill and priming work

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Operate welding across steel/aluminum; spot welds

Job Description

We're seeking a motivated Technician to join our team. This role sits at the handoff between body repair and paint, so we're looking for someone with a strong combination of body work and prep/finish experience.

What you'll do

• Fill and priming work
  
• Reassembly
  
• Light automotive mechanical repairs
  
• Maintain a clean and organized environment
  
• Welding knowledge and skills (steel, aluminum, and spot)
  
• Repair and replace restraint systems (SRS)
  

Requirements

• Monday through Friday, 6:45 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. schedule
  
• Ability to lift, squat, kneel, bend, and manage parts over 50 lbs
  
• Valid driver's license
  
• Must provide own hand and power tools (large equipment provided)
  
• Self-accountable, high integrity
  
• 2 to 5+ years of experience preferred for top-tier pay band; entry-level candidates with relatable mechanical/automotive background welcome
