Job summary

Caliber Collision in Billings, MT is seeking an experienced collision repair technician to join our Service Center. You will blueprint, repair and restore vehicles to factory specs, handling frame and structural work with precision and care.

A strong team attitude and attention to detail are essential, as is the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work safely. We offer competitive pay ($20–$30 per hour), weekly pay, paid time off, holidays, day-one benefits (medical, dental, vision) and 401k

Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural know-how; pull, straighten, and square it up.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint and fix right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail; tightened bolts, perfected welds.
• Physically fit; able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude; collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly and final finishes.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Keep work area safe and clean.
