Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a skilled auto body technician supervisor in Merrimack, NH to manage the repair process from start to finish. You will inspect damaged vehicles, plan repairs, and coordinate with team members to maintain on-time completion.

You will decide between repair or replacement based on safety, cost, and cycle time, while ensuring high-quality finishes. The role includes supervising an apprentice, participating in safety meetings, and handling tools for material removal and surface

Qualifications

• Knowledge of vehicle repair processes by manufacturer.
• Ability to supervise repair personnel.
• I-CAR welding certification and body repair certification are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Examine damaged vehicles and efficiently plan the repair process.
• Work and communicate with others on vehicle repair status.
• Perform quality repairs while keeping on-time status in mind.
• Decide whether to repair or replace, considering safety, cost, and cycle time.
