Job summary

Caliber Collision McMinnville is seeking an experienced Auto Body Technician to restore vehicles after collisions. You will repair frames, panels, and structural components, using precise blueprints and modern equipment. A collaborative team environment supports growth and quality repairs.

You should have at least two years of hands-on auto body experience, the ability to pull and square frames, and a detail-focused mindset. Light lifting is required, and a strong safety culture is emphasized.

Responsibilities

  • Blueprint and execute repairs with no shortcuts.

  • Ensure final fit and finish with attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
