Job summary

Caliber Collision in Nashville is seeking an experienced Auto Body Technician to repair collisions from minor fender benders to frame rebuilds. You will work on frame and structural components, perform precise panel work, and ensure high-quality restoral with proper fit and finish.

The role requires at least two years of hands-on experience, frame know-how, and a sharp eye for detail. You’ll collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff, while benefitting from industry

Qualifications

  • At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
  • Able to pull, straighten, and square components to factory specs.
  • Blueprint parts and repairs and fix it right the first time.
  • Strong attention to detail with tightened bolts and precise welds.
  • Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.

Responsibilities

  • Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
  • Perform full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
  • Handle panel and structural work to restore factory specs.
  • Ensure quality reassembly and proper fit and finish.
  • Work collaboratively with team to move cars efficiently.
  • Maintain clean and safe work area on site.
