Job summary

Caliber Collision’s McComb Service Center is seeking an experienced auto body technician to restore vehicles to factory specs. You will blueprint and execute precise repairs, handle full collision work from minor to major damage, and ensure quality fit and finish.

A team-oriented mindset and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are essential. We offer day-one benefits, 3M/industry-grade equipment, and ongoing training (I-CAR, ASE).

Qualifications

  • Minimum two years of experience turning wrecks into road-ready vehicles.
  • Ability to pull, straighten, and square frames to factory specs.
  • Attention to detail with commitment to quality repairs.
  • Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work safely.
  • Collaborative team mentality with painters, estimators, and front office.

Responsibilities

  • Blueprint and execute precise repairs with no shortcuts.
  • Handle full collision repair from minor to major damage.
  • Perform panel and structural work to factory specifications.
  • Ensure final fit and finish meet quality standards.
  • Work as a team to move cars through the repair process.
  • Maintain clean, safe work area at all times.
