Job summary

Caliber Collision in Jeffersontown is seeking an experienced auto body technician to perform full collision repairs, from minor dings to frame rebuilds, ensuring factory-spec alignment. You will blueprint, repair, and reassemble with precision, collaborating with painters, estimators and front office to move vehicles safely through the shop.

The role requires at least two years hands-on experience, a sharp eye for detail, and the physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

  • Blueprint it and fix it right the first time.

Responsibilities

  • Blueprint and execute repairs with no shortcuts.
  • Handle full collision repair from minor to major frame work.
  • Perform panel and structural work to restore factory specs.
  • Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
  • Work as a team to move cars efficiently through the shop.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
