Job summary

Caliber is seeking an experienced collision repair technician in McComb, MS. You will blueprint, repair, and panel work to factory specs using modern equipment and 3M products. Join a team-focused shop that supports career growth and hands-on training.

Qualifications

  • At least two years of collision repair experience.
  • Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten and square.
  • No-shortcuts mentality—blueprint it, fix it right the first time.
  • Sharp eye for detail—tight bolts, perfected welds.
  • Physically fit for up to 50 lbs lifting.
  • Team-first attitude—collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

  • Blueprint and execute clean, precise repairs.
  • Full collision repair—from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
  • Panel and structural work to factory specs.
  • Quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
  • Work as a team to move cars through.
  • Keep the work area clean and safe.
