Qualifications

• Experience in auto body repair including panel replacement, dent removal, frame straightening, refinishing.
• Read and follow repair orders, use diagnostic and repair tools, and comply with safety/environmental regulations.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication; able to work independently or in a team.
• Previous auto body/repair shop experience and relevant training or certification preferred.

Role Description

This full-time, on-site Auto Body Technician role is based at our Lancaster, CA facility. The Auto Body Technician will perform daily tasks such as inspecting vehicles for damage, conducting repairs on body panels and frames, and preparing surfaces for painting. Responsibilities include collaborating with estimators, using appropriate tools and equipment to complete maintenance and repair work, and ensuring all repairs meet safety and quality standards. The role also involves documenting work performed, communicating with team members about repair status, and maintaining a clean, organized work area.
