Caliber Collision — Laguna Beach Service Center is seeking skilled technicians to repair collisions with precision and care. You will work on frame and panel repairs, align structures to factory specs, and ensure quality reassembly.

A team-first attitude, physical stamina, and at least two years of hands-on experience are essential. We offer competitive pay, career growth, and industry training (I-CAR, ASE).

Qualifications

• Two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame straightening and structural repair skills.
• Meticulous, detail-oriented with a focus on quality workmanship.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Perform full collision repair from minor to major damage.
• Handle panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly and proper fit/finish.
• Work collaboratively with painters, estimators, and front-office staff.
