Job summary

Caliber Collision's Service Center Antelope is seeking a skilled collision repair technician. You will perform full collision repairs—from fender benders to frame work—using blueprints, pull and straighten, and ensure factory-spec alignment.

You’ll work with painters, estimators, and front office staff in a team-focused environment. Expect competitive pay with a weekly flag rate up to $32/hour, paid holidays, day-one benefits including medical, dental and vision, and opportunities for training

Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural knowledge with ability to pull, straighten, and square components.
• Attention to detail with precise repairs and torquing.
• Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• No shortcuts; follow blueprints and standard procedures.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs to factory specs.
• Perform full collision repair from minor to major damage.
• Handle panel and structural work with precision.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Maintain clean and safe work area.
