Job summary

Caliber in Hyattsville, MD is seeking skilled auto body technicians to join our collision repair team. You’ll perform full-frame and panel repairs, restore components to factory specs, and ensure safe, quality reassembly.

The role emphasizes blueprint accuracy, teamwork with painters and estimators, lifting up to 50 lbs, and driving consistent, high-quality results using top-of-the-line equipment.

Qualifications

  • At least two years of collision repair experience.
  • Ability to pull, straighten, and square frames.
  • Blueprint it and fix to factory specs on first attempt.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

  • Blueprint and execute precise repairs, no shortcuts.
  • Handle full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
  • Perform panel and structural work to restore factory specs.
  • Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
  • Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area.
