Job summary

Caliber's Capitol Heights center is seeking an experienced auto body technician to perform full collision repair, from frame to finish. You will blueprint, straighten, and reassemble vehicles with a focus on quality and safety, working closely with painters, estimators, and front-office staff.

The role requires at least two years of hands-on auto body experience, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a strong team-first attitude.

Qualifications

  • At least two years of auto body repair experience.
  • Ability to pull, straighten, and square damaged components.
  • No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint and repair to spec.
  • Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Team-oriented and collaborative with others.

Responsibilities

  • Blueprint and execute repairs to factory specs.
  • Perform full collision repair from bumper to frame.
  • Repair panels and structural components as needed.
  • Quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
  • Collaborate with paint, estimators, and front office staff.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
