**Job Summary**

Service Center: Harrisonburg

Caliber Collision has an immediate opening for an Auto Body Technician who will safely repair vehicles in accordance with Caliber and OEM standards using state-of-the-art equipment. Repairs may include removing damaged fenders, panels, grills, and reassembling vehicle parts after painting.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of collision repair experience required; I-CAR & ASE certifications preferred
• Must have or be willing to obtain proper tools to complete job duties

Abilities, Skills, and Knowledge:

• Ability to perform consistent physical activity including reaching, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
• Ability to read and understand instructions, estimates, and work orders
• Frame equipment and structural repair experience preferred
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Provide friendly customer service to internal and external clients
