Caliber Collision in Eugene is seeking experienced collision repair technicians. The role offers a $1500 sign-on bonus, modern equipment, and opportunities to build a lasting career with comprehensive training and benefits.

As a team-first professional, you will perform full collision repairs from fender through frame, with attention to detail and adherence to safety and quality standards. Competitive weekly pay and growth opportunities are central to this role.

Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural know-how with ability to pull, straighten and square up.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint repairs and fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail; ensure tightened bolts, proper welds, and finish.
• Physically fit to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude; collaborate with painters, estimators and front office.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with clean, precise results.
• Handle full collision repair from Fender to frame rebuilds.
• Perform panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars efficiently.
