Job summary

Caliber Collision Garden Grove is seeking an experienced collision repair technician to join our team and restore vehicles to like-new condition.

You will blueprint, repair, and rebuild cars using modern equipment, from minor fender benders to frame work, with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and teamwork with painters, estimators, and front office staff.

Qualifications

  • At least two years of experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
  • Frame and structural know-how: pull, straighten, and square.
  • No-shortcuts mentality: blueprint it, fix it right the first time.
  • Sharp eye for detail: tightened bolts, perfected welds.
  • Physically fit: able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Team-first attitude: collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

  • Full collision repair—fender benders to frame rebuilds.
  • Panel and structural work—bring back to factory specs.
  • Quality reassembly—fit and finish matter.
