Caliber’s Elgin Service Center seeks skilled automotive technicians to repair and restore vehicles after collisions. You will perform full collision repairs, including fender/body work, frame straightening, and precise reassembly, collaborating with painters, estimators, and front office staff to deliver high-quality results.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, a no-shortcuts mentality, and physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Formación

  • At least two years of collision repair experience.
  • Ability to pull, straighten, and square frames.
  • Detail-focused with precise welds and bolts.
  • Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Team collaboration with paint, estimating, and front office.

Responsabilidades

  • Blueprint and execute clean, precise repairs.
  • Handle full collision repair from minor to frame rebuilds.
  • Perform panel and structural work to factory specs.
  • Quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
  • Collaborate with team to move cars efficiently.
  • Keep work area safe and tidy at all times.
