Job Summary

Service Center: Troy

Company: Caliber Collision

We have an immediate opening for an Auto Body Technician who will safely repair vehicles according to Caliber and OEM standards using state-of-the-art equipment. Responsibilities include removing damaged fenders, panels, grills, and reassembling vehicle parts after painting.

Compensation: Our Body Technicians can earn up to $18-$24 per flag rate.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of collision repair experience; I-CAR & ASE certifications preferred.
  • Must have or be willing to acquire the necessary tools for the job.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Physical ability to perform tasks involving reaching, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
  • Ability to read and understand instructions, estimates, and work orders.
  • Experience with frame equipment and structural repairs is preferred.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Provide friendly customer service to clients and colleagues.
