What You’ll Do:

As an Auto Body Technician at CollisionRight, you’ll be responsible for:

Expert Repairs: Complete structural and body repairs to restore vehicles to pre-accident condition, following OEM and company standards.

Team Communication: Coordinate with teammates and management to update on repair progress, timelines, and any concerns.

Shop Standards: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area and ensure proper use of tools and equipment.

Safety First: Always wear personal protective equipment and follow shop safety guidelines.

Support Your Team: Collaborate with peers to meet repair deadlines and deliver top-tier service.

What You Bring:

Experience: 1–3 years of collision repair experience with a strong understanding of auto body repair techniques.

Skill: Ability to work with precision tools and equipment; solid grasp of vehicle structures and safety systems.

Physical Agility: Comfortable lifting up to 35 pounds regularly (occasionally over 70), crouching, climbing, and balancing during repair work.

Detail Orientation: You’re driven by accuracy, quality, and craftsmanship in a fast-paced production setting.

Certifications: Valid driver’s license required. I-CAR and ASE certifications are a plus but not mandatory.
