Job summary

Caliber Cedar Park is seeking skilled collision repair professionals to restore vehicles to factory specs. You will use advanced equipment to perform full-frame rebuilds, panel work, and precise reassembly while collaborating with painters, estimators, and front office staff.

A minimum of two years’ hands-on experience is expected, along with I-CAR and ASE certifications. We value safety, attention to detail, and a team-first attitude.

Qualifications

• Two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural repair know-how and accuracy.
• No-shortcuts mentality with blueprinting and precise repairs.
• Strong attention to detail for bolts and welds.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team collaboration with painters, estimators, and front office.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with accuracy and no shortcuts.
• Handle full collision repair from minor to major frame rebuilds.
• Perform panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly and precise fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
