Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking skilled automotive body collision repair technicians at our Cedar Grove service center in New Jersey. You will perform full-range collision damage repairs, including structural work, frame straightening, and precise reassembly.

The role requires teamwork with painters, estimators, and front office staff to ensure high-quality, timely results. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of hands-on collision repair experience, strong frame/structural know-how, and a commitment

Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural repair experience; ability to pull, straighten, and square.
• Blueprinting and repairing to factory specs; attention to welds and bolts.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Perform full collision repair from minor to major damage.
• Handle panel and structural work to factory specifications.
• Ensure quality reassembly and finish touches.
• Work collaboratively with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
