Job summary

Caliber Collision Casper is seeking an experienced auto body technician to repair wrecked vehicles and restore them to roadworthiness. You’ll handle frame straightening, panel work, and precise reassembly as part of a collaborative shop team.

Qualifications

  • At least two years turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
  • Frame and structural know-how: pull, straighten and square it up.
  • No-shortcuts mentality: blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
  • Sharp eye for detail: tightened bolts, perfected welds, no excuses.
  • Physically fit, able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Team-first attitude, collaborate with painters, estimators and front office staff.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

  • Blueprint and execute repairs with precision and no guesswork.
  • Full collision repair from minor to major frame work.
  • Panel and structural work to restore factory specs.
  • Quality reassembly with attention to fit and finish.
  • Work as a team to move cars efficiently.
  • Maintain safety and tidiness at the work location.
