Job summary

Caliber is hiring an experienced collision repair technician for our Boerne – Fair Oaks center. You will repair vehicles, from frame and panel work to precise reassembly, ensuring factory-spec quality.

We offer competitive pay up to $20–$30 per hour, weekly earnings, and comprehensive benefits. I-CAR and ASE training are provided; you’ll work with top equipment and a collaborative team. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and be eligible to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

  • At least two years of collision repair experience.
  • Frame and structural repair and straightening experience.
  • Blueprint and precise repair approach with no shortcuts.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality welds.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Team-oriented with good communication.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Blueprint and execute precise repairs.
  • Full collision repair including frames and panels.
  • Panel and structural work to factory specs.
  • Quality reassembly with attention to fit and finish.
  • Work as a team to move cars through.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area.
