Job summary

Caliber Collision Bardstown is seeking an experienced collision repair technician to restore vehicles to factory specs. You will perform full-frame and structural repairs, blueprinted and precise welding and alignment, and oversee reassembly with attention to finish quality.

Join a team-focused shop with modern equipment and opportunities for growth. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work with fellow estimators, painters, and frontline staff to deliver safe, reliable repairs.

Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten, and square.
• Detail-oriented with focus on precise repairs.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work physically.
• Team-oriented with collaboration across departments.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Handle full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Perform panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly and tidy work area.
• Collaborate with team including painters, estimators, and front office staff.
