Job summary

Nucar AutoMall of Tilton is seeking an experienced Auto Body Estimator/Writer to join our fast-paced shop. You will examine damage, prepare estimates, negotiate with insurers, and present repair plans to customers and adjusters, ensuring accuracy and timely approvals.

This role requires strong communication, customer service, and attention to detail as you coordinate between customers, insurance partners, and our repair teams throughout the process.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
• Must have MA Licensed Damage Appraiser.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Examines damaged vehicles to determine extent of damage and service needs.
• Estimates cost of labor and parts based on inspection.
• Prepares written estimates and delivers to customer or insurer.
• Communicates with customers and insurers throughout the repair process.
• Submits final bills to insurance companies when repairs are complete.

We are seeking an experienced Body Shop Estimator to work in our fast paced environment - creating estimates, negotiate with insurance companies, submit bills, and provide an exceptional customer experience.

Duties

• Examines damaged vehicles to determine extent of structural, body, mechanical, or interior damage to effectively assess sale of service
• Estimates cost of labor and parts to repair or replace damaged items based upon inspection and assessment of vehicle
• Prepares written estimates of service sales based upon inspection of vehicle and delivers information to customer and/or insurance company
• Communicates with our customers and insurance partners throughout the repair process.
• Submits a final bill to insurance companies when vehicles are completed.

Requirements / Skills

• 3-5 years of relevant work experience
• Positive, friendly Attitude
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• MA Licensed Damage Appraiser Required
• Teamwork ability to work with others to effectively enhance results or processes.
• Interpersonal Skills the ability to interact well with employees and customers at all levels, socially poised
• Communication ability to identify and deliver critical information to the appropriate parties
• CCC One Experience preferred
