Job summary

Rogers Motors in Lewiston, Idaho is hiring Auto Body / Collision Repair Technicians for our Collision Center. The role involves repairing damaged body parts and vehicles to factory and dealer standards, using hand and power tools. 3+ years' experience preferred; ASE or I-Car certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience and/or training in auto body repair
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
• Working knowledge of repairs for damaged vehicle bodies
• Ability to interpret vendor catalogs
• ASE or I-Car certification preferred but not required
• Positive attitude and self-motivated
• Quality and production oriented

Responsibilities

• Repair vehicles per estimate and manufacturer standards
• Check parts against estimate and ensure correct parts are ordered
• Prepare vehicles for body repair work
• Notify management of additional repairs or potential delays
• Maintain tools and equipment in good condition
• Follow safety protocols and handle hazardous materials per regulations
• Assist other personnel in repair and prep tasks
• Adhere to all relevant laws and regulations governing body shop operations
