Job summary

Carvana is seeking an Autobody Prepper with 3+ years of professional automotive bodywork experience to join our fast-growing reconditioning network in Massachusetts.

You will perform bodywork on multiple panels, including heavy plastic welding, roof and rocker panel repair, and large-area repairs such as Bondo work. We offer training for entry-level positions and a supportive team environment to help skills grow with the company.

Qualifications

• General qualifications: able to lift up to 60 pounds, at least 18 years old with valid driver’s license, able to work in a fast-paced environment, wear safety gear.

Responsibilities

• Perform bodywork on multiple panels, including heavy plastic welding, minor metal pulling, roof and rocker panel repair, large area heavy bodywork (including Bondo repair).
• Follow production schedules and work with the team to deliver vehicles in a timely and safe manner.
