SUMMARY

The Pohanka of Salisbury Collision Center is seeking an experienced Auto Body Repair Technician to join our team. We have recently expanded and are looking to add to our team to accommodate increased business. We offer a busy shop with a great working environment and opportunities for growth. Compensation is competitive, based on experience and skill level, with a Flat Rate Hourly Pay and a salary range of $75,000-$100,000/year.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform repair work efficiently as specified on the repair order
• Repair accident-damaged vehicles, including chassis alignment and body panel replacement
• Replace damaged body parts such as bumpers, fenders, hoods, and trim
• Use hand and power tools for welding and soldering
• Communicate directly with management regarding additional services needed
• Complete reports and records of work performed

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 2 years of experience in auto body repair
• General knowledge of automotive repair
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Team player mentality
• Computer literacy
• Valid driver’s license
