Gerber Collision & Glass in Anderson, IN seeks an Auto Body Refinish Prepper to prepare vehicles for refinishing, including sanding, masking, priming and masking per insurance guidelines at our collision repair facility.

Qualifications

• Auto body refinishing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Surface preparation, vehicle masking, priming, and top coating.
• Apply primers, sealers, basecoats, color coats, and clear coats.
• Complete restoration work including anti-corrosion treatments, substrate identification, product mixing, and application.
• Evaluate bodywork to ensure a quality paint job.
