Qualifications

• Experience in automotive refinish processes is preferred.
• Attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Ability to follow insurance guidelines and shop standards.

Responsibilities

• Surface preparation, vehicle masking, priming, and top coating.
• Apply primers, sealers, basecoats, color coats, and clear coats.
• Restore anti-corrosion treatments, identify substrate, mix products, and apply finishes.
• Evaluate bodywork to ensure a high-quality refinished result.
