Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Refinish Prepper to join our team in the United States. You will thoroughly sand, mask, prime, and prepare each vehicle for refinishing following insurance guidelines and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in auto body refinishing is preferred.
• Knowledge of masking, priming, and top coating processes is desirable.
• Willingness to follow insurance guidelines for refinishing.

Responsibilities

• Surface preparation, vehicle masking, priming, and top coating.
• Apply primers, sealers, basecoats, color coats, and clear coats.
• Restore anti-corrosion treatments and perform substrate identification and product mixing.
• Evaluate bodywork to ensure a high-quality paint job.
