Qualifications

• Experience with auto body refinishing prepwork and processes.
• Ability to follow insurance guidelines and facility standards.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing I-CAR and industry training.

Responsibilities

• Surface preparation, vehicle masking, priming, and top coating.
• Apply primers, sealers, basecoats, color coats, and clear coats.
• Perform anti-corrosion treatments, substrate checks, and product mixing.
• Evaluate bodywork to ensure a high-quality refinished result.
