The ideal candidate will have experience with collision or production models and a commitment to high-quality, timely repairs. Qualifications:

1. Prior production or shop management experience required
2. PA Appraisers License required
3. CCCONE experience with repair plans is helpful
4. Experience in collision estimating, production, or repair preferred
5. Knowledge of 5S philosophy, lean manufacturing, or Green Belt training is a plus
6. Ability to work in a team environment and lead others
7. Strong communication skills
8. ICAR certification is helpful
