Job summary

Carvana in Newark, NJ is seeking an Entry-level Auto Body Repair Technician to prep vehicles for paint. You will sand, mask, tape, bag, unbag/tear down, and buff with state-of-the-art tools in our high-tech Inspection Centers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of professional automotive prepping experience.
• Ability to operate vehicle equipment and lift up to 60 pounds.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prep vehicles for paint, including sanding, masking, taping, bagging, tear down, and buffing.
• Follow safety procedures and use required PPE.
• Collaborate with team at Carvana reconditioning centers.
