Job summary

LDV, Inc. in Burlington, Wisconsin, seeks an Auto-Body Prep Technician to prep and paint custom vehicles, with opportunities to work on state-of-the-art fleets.

You will mix primers and paints, assist with minor body repairs, maintain a clean work area, and collaborate in a fast-paced crew. We offer health, dental, vision, life, disability, vacation and a 401K plan.

Qualifications

• Experience with air tools and painting is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a crew setting is required.

Responsibilities

• Mix primer, sealer, and paint.
• Assist to perform minor body repairs.
• Assist to paint vehicles and parts as needed.
• Measure and mix filler and paint accurately (volume ratios).
• Maintain a clean work area.

Requirements

Candidates should have these qualifications:

• Experience with air tools is desired.
• Experience with industrial or single stage painting.
• Quality, accuracy, and the ability to work within a crew in a fast-paced environment.
• Must possess attention to detail, be motivated and eager to learn.
