Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Surface preparation: sand, mask, and prime surfaces for painting.

• Quality control: inspect color accuracy, finish, and smoothness; perform touch-ups.
• Maintenance and safety: keep workstation clean; follow PPE and ventilation protocols.
• Collaborate with body technicians, estimators, and service advisors to coordinate repairs.

This role involves prepping surfaces, mixing and applying paint, and ensuring a flawless finish that meets manufacturer and dealership standards.
