Qualifications

• Proven experience as auto body painter or similar role.
• Knowledge of automotive paints, primers, and finishing techniques.
• Ability to operate spray guns and other painting equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for color matching.
• Good understanding of safety procedures and environmental regulations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicle surfaces for painting by sanding, masking, and priming.
• Mix and match paint colors to ensure seamless repairs.
• Apply paint using spray guns and other equipment ensuring even coverage and a high-quality finish.
• Inspect painted surfaces for quality, consistency, and defects, making necessary touch-ups.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Collaborate with technicians and other team members to complete repairs efficiently.
