Job summary

Dent Wizard is seeking an experienced Auto Body Paint Technician to travel to customer locations, performing minor to full surface reconditioning with advanced spray equipment. You will prep, blend and finish vehicle surfaces to perfection while working independently at partner locations like dealerships, rental agencies, and auctions.

This 100% commission role offers uncapped earnings, with first-year potential of $50,000–$75,000 and long-term earnings of $70,000–$150,000+, plus a $5,000

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience in collision repair or bodywork.
• Attention to detail and color accuracy.
• Motivated, grit and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
