Job summary

Dent Wizard in the United States is seeking an experienced Auto Body Paint Technician to join a growing nationwide team. This role is commission-based with uncapped earning potential and opportunities for advancement.

You will travel to partner locations to perform paint touch-ups and repairs, prep surfaces, and deliver high-quality results with color accuracy. Valid driver’s license and 5+ years of collision repair experience required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in collision repair or bodywork.
• Strong attention to detail and color accuracy.
• Self-motivation, grit, and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customers to perform minor automotive reconditioning activities, from paint touch-ups to full surface repairs.
• Prep, blend, and finish vehicle surfaces to perfection.
• Work independently at partner locations like dealerships, rental agencies, and auctions.
• Deliver fast, flawless results that exceed expectations.
