Job summary

Jobtailor seeks an experienced automotive reconditioning technician to travel to customer sites and perform high-quality repairs, from paint touch-ups to full surface repairs, using advanced spray equipment and proven techniques.

You will prep, blend, and finish vehicle surfaces, and work independently at partner locations such as dealerships, rental agencies, and auctions, delivering fast, flawless results that exceed expectations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on collision repair or bodywork.
• Strong attention to detail and color accuracy.
• - Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• - Excellent communication and a customer-first mindset.
• - Physical ability to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 45 lbs.
• - Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
